Jimmie Johnson outran Ryan Newman to score his third-straight NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series win at Martinsville Speedway Sunday picking up the victory in the Subway 500. Johnson had to dodge a record-setting day of cautions with the yellow flying 21 times, the most in the history of the .526-mile track which hosted its first NASCAR race in 1949.
