Did NASCAR ship the wrong tires?

They are already reporting on the news that NASCAR shipped the wrong tires to Indy? Where were they SUPPOSED to be used? How could this happen? What a joke that race was, even though Jimmie won! Goodyear should refund everbody’s money and pay the team’s expenses for the weekend, that would get them to figure things out in a hurry!

I saw it on CBS but ESPN should be updating, maybe on ESPN news?
